Rejoicing
Spirits

Celebrated the Second Sunday of the month at 4:00 pm
A Welcoming Worship & Fellowship Experience

The Rejoicing Spirits Ministry at St. Paul's offers a third, late-afternoon worship service once a month.  This is an informal, inclusive and adapted service open to the community, regardless of faith background.  The service includes joyous music, singing and brief, meaningful, pastor-led sermons.

Mission Statement

The Rejoicing Spirits ministry reaches out to enrich the spiritual lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities along with their families, friends and other supportive community members.

Purpose

This ministry developed out of a desire to spiritually enrich the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  The ministry shares the Rejoicing Spirits model of spiritual inclusion with disability and faith-based organizations. Our ongoing mission is to provide an inclusive, free and expressive environment in which to assemble together to hear God's word and share His love.  Rejoicing Spirits strives to remove attitudinal barriers, raise awareness and facilitate a genuine acceptance of one another.  This unique worship experience brings the word of the Lord to life, "So that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other."  1 Corinthians 12:25
